Medcare Hospital Sharjah is organizing the Medcare Sharjah School Football Championship

from March 4 to March 12, 2023, with the participation of 32 teams competing under the slogan “Health is the Ultimate Winner.”

General Conditions

  1. Matches shall be held in accordance with the rules of football approved by “FIFA” for grass stadiums except for infiltration.
  2. Each school participates in a team consisting of 12 players with a unified uniform numbered at the back (6) players + goalkeeper, (3) substitutes.
  3. The duration of the game is 20 minutes, playing on two halves every 10 minutes, and (3 minute) between the two halves.
  4. If the draw is equal to the original time of the game, the penalty shootout applies 3 kicks to each team. If the draw continues, one kick will be calculated interchangeably to  break the draw.
  5. School Administrator must bring up a list of players with a recent personal photograph, the original ID card, medical test, and the consent of the student parent to participate in this championship.

  7. Teams are expected to be on time. If a team is late for more than 10 minutes; this will make them lose the game automatically with a score of 3 – 0.”
  8. The referee decision is final.
  9. Player’s behaviour is the responsibility of the School Administrator/coach.
  10. All schools are responsible for their own transportation.
